Full-time · Monday–Friday · In person
Experienced, results-driven route sales for a predetermined book of retail accounts — quality, branding, distribution, retailer relationships, and trade execution.
The work
- Present, promote, and sell the portfolio
- Execute sales plans and promotions at retail — pricing, displays, POS, events, and new products
- Plan and run regular sales calls
- Become an expert on core product lines
- Keep accurate inventory so accounts stay in stock and in code
- Rotate product on the shelf and in the back room for freshness
- Manage breakage returns and other assigned work
What you need
- Must live in the Shasta County / Tehama County metropolitan area — accounts are visited in person
- Proven work as a sales representative (beverage preferred)
- Excellent customer service; able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record — company vehicle provided
- Self-motivated, high integrity, on-time execution
- Proficient with iPad and iPhone
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Stand or walk for long periods; lift 25–50 lbs regularly and move kegs up to 165 lbs

Company vehicle. Must reside in Shasta or Tehama County — this is an in-person route.
